Really like how hands-off the setup is, that is rare. One thing that would make it even better for a small team like ours would be a simple shared SMS inbox where multiple people can see and reply to texts from the same business number without logging into separate accounts.

SMS conversations are shared as threaded conversations, so everyone on your team can view the full history and collaborate on replies, while your customer always sees messages coming from the same business number. One thing that would make this really useful for me would be built-in SMS/MMS support through the same business number, since a lot of my customers prefer texting over calling and I'd rather not pay for a separate tool to handle that.

Would love to see voicemail-to-email transcripts land directly in Slack or Teams so my team can catch missed calls without juggling another app.

Having voicemail transcriptions delivered directly to Slack or Microsoft Teams would make it much easier for teams to stay on top of missed calls without constantly checking another dashboard. We appreciate the feedback—it's exactly the kind of workflow improvement we're looking to add.
Setup took like ten minutes and the auto-attendant actually sounds professional. Wish I had this when I was juggling a personal cell for client calls.

honestly the auto-attendant setup being fully managed is such a smart call, most small biz owners are not gonna want to fiddle with call trees themselves. clean product.
