Love how hands-off this is, setup without dealing with hardware is a huge win for a small team like ours. One thing that would make it even better is adding a simple shared SMS inbox so all extensions can see and reply to customer texts from the same business number without handing off logins.
Setup took like ten minutes and the auto-attendant actually sounds professional. Wish I had this when I was juggling a personal cell for client calls.

One thing that would make this really useful for me would be built-in SMS/MMS support through the same business number, since a lot of my customers prefer texting over calling and I'd rather not pay for a separate tool to handle that.
Would love to see voicemail-to-email transcripts land directly in Slack or Teams so my team can catch missed calls without juggling another app.
honestly the auto-attendant setup being fully managed is such a smart call, most small biz owners are not gonna want to fiddle with call trees themselves. clean product.
