What do you think? …

Justin Jincaid

Dig the signage and packaging it generated bit, finally something for real world shops not just web stuff.

Tony Hsieh

@justin2025 Exactly! That was the goal. We firmly believe real-world retail shouldn't be an afterthought. What aspect of the physical output—signage or packaging—do you think will be most transformative for brands using the tool?

Germán Merlo

Yeah! As a former graphic designer I truly love this kind of solution cause it makes our life easier than ever, allowing us to focus on the important. Wish you all the best!

Tony Hsieh

@german_merlo1 You nailed our core mission: we want to automate the tedious production work to free designers to focus on the truly important—strategy, vision, and creativity.

What specific manual task (like generating scalable SVG or resizing for 10 different platforms) was the biggest time-sink in your design career? We'd love to hear it! 💬

Jin Shang

This looks extremely useful! Especially that it can create SVG which is vital for offline business because they require the assets at much bigger scale. I am curious how do you maintain the consistency across the whole set?

Lewis. L

@jin_shang1 Thank you! We are glad you find it useful. For consistency, X-Design stores your logo, colors, fonts, and style preferences in a saved Brand Kit. Whenever you create new materials such as posters, menus, flyers, or product photos, our AI Agent automatically applies the same settings so everything stays aligned, even at larger scales like SVGs.

If you want, you can try uploading a design and see how the Brand Kit ensures a cohesive look across all outputs.

Tony Hsieh

@jin_shang1 That's a fantastic point about the importance of SVG for large-scale offline business assets—we built it specifically for that professional need!

And that's a sharp question about consistency. Maintaining consistency across a whole set is a core function of the tool.

We achieve this through two main mechanisms:

  1. AI Style Locking: Once you approve an initial design concept (color palette, typography, primary layout, and core visual style), the AI locks those parameters. Subsequent asset generations use the original seed and style rules to ensure visual alignment.

  2. Brand Kit Rules: The tool builds a central "Brand Kit" around your chosen elements. Every asset, from logos to social media graphics, is rendered using the exact same hex codes, font weights, and spacing rules defined in that kit, enforced by the AI.

Cool. Was your ProductHunt video done with your own tool? :)

Tony Hsieh

@nikitaeverywhere Yes, it was done entirely with our own tool. We really wanted to showcase what it's capable of right out of the gate.

What part of the video caught your attention the most, and what kind of videos are you looking forward to creating with it? I'm excited to hear your thoughts! 🚀

Nikita Savchenko

@tony_hsieh2 it’s quite catchy overall, nice quality! Would love to see the demo how you create such a video step by step on youtube.

Tony Hsieh

@nikitaeverywhere That's excellent feedback! Getting a step-by-step tutorial on YouTube is a fantastic idea. 💡

We've heard similar requests, and we're definitely planning to put together a detailed workflow video soon that walks through creating a full product video, starting from the concept all the way through the final render.

Janette Szeto

The attention to export formats is what truly sets this apart for the pro workflow. Too many AI art tools leave you with a nice-looking raster file (JPG/PNG) that’s useless for scaling or printing. The fact that X-Design 2.0 generates editable SVG and produces assets ready for both online and real-world use is huge. It saves the step of having to rebuild the AI output in professional design software. Massive time-saver in the actual production phase. Congrats on the launch!

Tony Hsieh

@janette_szeto The professional workflow and print-readiness were a massive focus for the 2.0 release. We know that a beautiful JPG isn't enough when you're actually sending assets to a printer or needing a scalable logo. The native SVG output is exactly what turns X-Design from a fun generator into a true production tool.

Are there any other specific vector elements or export parameters you feel are crucial for your day-to-day print needs that you'd like to see added? We're always looking to refine that professional workflow! 💬

Congrats with the launch!

@je_suis_yaroslav Thank you so much! We really appreciate the support! 🎉

We're thrilled to finally share X-Design 2.0 with the community.

Rick Wise

Congratulations X-Design team!

I just spent 15 minutes having an absolute blast with X-Design 2.0, and I'm genuinely impressed.

As someone with ZERO branding experience, I was nervous about creating a visual identity for CloudWise (my AWS cost optimization tool launching here soon!). But X-Design made it feel effortless and actually fun.

In just 15 minutes, I created:

- CloudWise logo + variants (SVG, PNG, JPG)

- Complete brand kit (colors, typography, guidelines)

- Social media assets ready for distribution

- Everything consistent and professional

The UX is so smooth and intuitive that I didn't want to stop! The AI suggestions were spot-on, and the Brand Kit feature is a game-changer for maintaining consistency.

I have a few questions for the team:

1. SVG export quality: I noticed the SVG exports are crisp and scalable. Do you support exporting individual logo elements separately (icon, wordmark, etc.) for maximum flexibility?

2. Brand evolution: As CloudWise grows, I'll likely need to refine the brand. Does X-Design support versioning or iterating on an existing Brand Kit without starting from scratch?

3. Tech startup focus: Most examples I see are for physical businesses (cafés, boutiques). Do you have specific features or templates optimized for SaaS/tech startups launching on Product Hunt?

4. Integration potential: Are there plans to integrate with tools like Figma or Canva for further customization, or is X-Design designed to be a complete end-to-end solution?

This is exactly what early-stage founders need. Can't wait to use these assets for CloudWise's launch!

Upvoted and following!

Tony Hsieh

@rickwise Wow, thank you so much for this incredible feedback! Hearing that X-Design 2.0 made branding effortless and fun—especially for founders with zero design experience like yourself—is the highest praise we could receive. We are truly honored you chose us to build the visual identity for CloudWise!

We're thrilled you had such a productive 15 minutes! To address your excellent questions:

  1. SVG Export Flexibility: Currently, the standard SVG export includes the complete layout (logo, wordmark). However, we recognize the need for maximum flexibility! Exporting individual logo elements (icon/wordmark) is a highly requested feature and is definitely on our roadmap for a near-future update.

  2. Brand Evolution / Versioning: Yes! X-Design is built for iteration, not just one-off creation. You can easily duplicate an existing Brand Kit and use our AI agent to refine specific elements (e.g., "Refine the color palette to be more vibrant" or "Try a different typography pairing") without losing your original design. You will never have to start from scratch.

  3. Tech Startup Focus: You hit a key point! While our examples show diversity, X-Design is absolutely optimized for SaaS and tech startups. The AI agent is trained on modern, scalable, and digital-first design principles. Try adjusting your prompt to include keywords like "modern," "B2B," "cloud," or "minimalist" to see highly relevant outputs tailored for the tech industry. We are adding more SaaS-specific templates soon!

  4. Integration Potential: X-Design 2.0 is designed to be an end-to-end creation solution that provides production-ready final assets. However, we know designers often want to jump to refinement. Integration with tools like Figma is high on our priority list. We are exploring seamless ways to transfer the Brand Kit structure to major design software for advanced customization.

Thank you again for the upvote and the fantastic support! We wish you the very best with the CloudWise launch!
