I signed up for a 7-day free trial with X-design.com on 12/08/2025. I cancelled my subscription well within the free trial period on 13/08/2025.
I cancelled it, because if you buy subscription, still you need to buy internal credit to work with photo editing stuffs... nothing is unlimited... there is hidden agenda going on... to rip subscribers
Despite their free trial promise, I was charged.
This is a deceptive business practice. Please be careful when signing up for their "free" trial, as you may be charged even if you cancel on time.
I am currently working to get my refund, but others should be aware of this issue.

So smart move, after 9 days you got time to reply me here, to manipulate the desaster made by your business???
Today is 22nd august 2025, no one has contected me or given answer of email sent to info@x-design.com.
You dont need to worry after 9 days, there is an authority they can tackle with irresponsible and money ripper business like you.
