If like me you are spending a lot reading on the internet it is a really convenient extension. The summarise option works really well to skim the medium articles.

@profiroiu_mihai thank you, Mihai! There are indeed some similarities between the two products, although ours is free, and our main direction will regard to effective prompt engineering :)
@profiroiu_mihai@profiroiu_ioan Merlin offers 11 free queries/day, while writeGPT offers 5 free credits/day (I assume 1 credit = 1 query).
As for paid, writeGPT will start at $7/mo, while Merlin's lowest tier begins at $19/mo.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, apparently, there was an error limiting to only 10 requests/per hour, but we edited it to 100 per hour.
Right now, we're offering this free of charge and will see in the future how we plan to monetize, but for sure it's gonna be cheaper than Merlin or ChatGPT Pro.

Bingo, Notion and Slack would be the ones we're looking to integrate with in the near future.
But that's also the beauty of the product, it already feels integrated as it can seamlessly be accessed on any website, but there are other web-apps where it would be helpful to have the prompt engineering frameworks.
Having trouble using it. After using it for 2 queries, it started showing me a popup "New version available" every time I attempt to use it. However, when I go to the Chrome Webstore it doesn't show any notification (I tried reinstalling it but it still tells me there is a new update). So I think it's broken right now?

Can you tell me what browser you're using and on what websites you tried to activate it?
@profiroiu_ioan I am using Arc (chrome-based). WriteGPT is acting this way on every website (I've tested it a few times just know), I dont think it's an isolated issue.

Cool concept, but I played around with it a bit and found it to be underwhelming:
* I couldn't figure out how to open it up when I was in gmail. CMD + E wouldn't trigger it. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
* The second time I tried to have it summarize an article I got an error: "You have reach your limit of 10 request / hour. Please try again later!" -- but I hadn't used it 10 times.

@tylerswartz I am really sorry for the inconvenience.
At first, it somehow depends on the browser you're using, and it's important to refresh the website after downloading the extension. Also, there is some website blocking access of our tool: Google docs, and Chrome extensions marketplace, but that's all.
If the problem persists, can I recommend you try to select content and activate our extension with a right click, but on Monday, there will be an update that will hopefully solve this.
For the "you have reach limit of 10" this is may be due to the cache in your browser of our extension, yesterday I changed the limit to 100 if you refresh the browser with cmd+shift+r in mac it should work, i will also look after the cache.
And overall, things will work better on Monday when we launch the new updated :)
