Not sure how they determine the value. With our site they under estimated traffic by 80%, and estimated the daily income was 10% of the lowest value item for sale. Reality the daily income is 100 times more than the estimate. I can only assume they go on possible ad revenue from traffic and not even try to estimate a websites income. A business (even an online one) is low ball worth 2 years of income Which makes their estimate 1/200th of the real value.
