Lacks activity streams, no real social communications. It's a team task management tool with a strong project management emphasis, with basically zero social communications. Even task comments are buried in a separate tab. No user-to-user messaging. No @mentions. Not a full work management tool by any means.

A lot of the features you mention such as Activity Streams and Communication tools will be released into the BETA in the coming weeks.
