Build a work portfolio by capturing your expertise in posts, projects, or products. Simply share the actual work you're doing. 2. Find other users who love the things you're working on without ever leaving the platform. 3. Scale your earnings and impact by offering digital products, courses, or consulting services to other brands or corporate employees looking to build things like you've built. 🧠 Our Philosophy Historically, corporate work happens in silos and behind closed doors. We're looking to change that. We believe the future of work is decentralized and open-source. Where ownership of an asset is shared only by the creators and has utility across companies and even industries. We see collaboration as key to providing the best solutions to the market. If someone has built a great solution, someone else can remix it and make it even better. We believe corporate creators should be compensated proportionate to their impact. Congrats @preston_newsome1! This is great. I've gone down the productized services route and this seems like an excellent way to ease the transition from centralized W2 to decentralized 1099. Slightly higher risk, but you right-size the correlation between effort and reward. I'm all for it.

Yes, a few ways we plan to do this: (1) bring supply on to the platform by allowing employers to hire consultants.(2) We plan to build a more algorithmic home feed for matching products/projects with interest and area of expertise. I'd be interested to hear if you have any ideas. As a user, what solutions would you like to see to enhance visibility?
