There are many hiring tools out there, but they are:
1. Too expensive
2. Too big
3. Ugly UI
So, I built [Worklicant](https://worklicant.com):
It has built-in testing (for devs only for now), scheduling, AI prioritization score (scoring based on your prompt of ideal candidate and vacancy - submission match, no dumb matching with keywords only), custom pipelines (hiring stages, team notes, tags), pleasant UI / UX.
I did not automate the hell out of it with AI because I believe AI is a tool and human is a decision maker.
Worklicant is for hiring teams who want to use an ATS with good UI, AI that simplifies decision making, straightforward pricing -- pay per vacancy or in bundles, no subscriptions, no AI credits.
