👋 Hey Product Hunt, I'm Andrea, the maker behind Work Life Panda.
My week lived in a calendar, my to-dos in a list, and every plan involving another person in a group chat: three apps, none of which talked to each other. So I built the merge: a real task manager and a real calendar that are the same thing.
And it starts full. Sign in with one tap, connect the calendar you already use (Google, Apple, Outlook or others) and your actual week is just there: still your calendar, not a copy, so a change in either place is a change in both. Connect a mailbox and the invitations already sitting in it quietly become events. Nothing to import, nothing to retype.
Underneath it's a real task manager, and the AI that turns a sentence or your voice into a task runs on your device. Small local models, no cloud round-trip for the everyday stuff. "Private by default" isn't a tagline here.
And then the bit nobody expects: every task and event carries its own chat, files and history. Share one into a private Family, Group or Work space and the conversation about a thing lives on the thing, instead of scrolling away in a group chat.
It's early access and completely free while I build. No ads, no purchases yet. I'd genuinely love brutal feedback: what clicks, what's missing, and, if you'd ever pay for something like this, what would make it worth it. I'm in the comments all day. 🐼

I've been using this app since beta with my wife to sync our calendars and share a grocery list. It replaced our kitchen calendar and constant texting about what we need, now we just add items and it's easier to coordinate our week. I did have some trouble figuring out how to add others initially, but once I got it, it's been genuinely helpful for planning. Still exploring what else it can do.

The trouble adding people is fair and it's on me: inviting someone into a shared space should be the easiest thing in the app, not something you have to figure out. It's the flow I most want to smooth out next. (For anyone reading: it's the '+' menu → "Invite someone", then by email or sharing a link or showing/sending a QR code.)
As for what else it can do, two things people tend to find late: every task and event has its own chat (great for "are we still doing this Saturday?"), and if you connect your calendar it syncs both ways, so changes you make here land in your real calendar too. There's a feedback chat right in the app if anything else feels clunky, that's where a lot of what I build next comes from. 🐼
Curious which part actually runs on-device, the parsing of text into a task or the scheduling suggestions as well.

@tomveber all of it is on-device, in fact you can run the app completely offline. We have 2 small dedicated models + parsing that extract the what & the when from what you say or write plus also determine the best tag for that task/event (the app has a number of pre-defined tags like sports, chores, hobbies, etc that you can change of course).
More advanced scheduling suggestions (from available slots for example or past patterns) are not available yet but it's in our plans to expand more into that. Thanks for asking!
