I'm incredibly excited to launch WOD: A beautiful HIIT workout app for people on the go.
This app has been in the making off and on for about 6 months. It finally reached a point that I'm really proud of and I'd like to share it with you all.

@milesalex Congrats on the launch! I'd concur with @eon though, you might think of a less jargony title. "WOD: A beautiful HIIT workout app" is not approachable to me.
Interesting to try it out ( as I travel most of the time, so gym membership does not make any sense).

Tbh, everything. It's an open book and I'd like to make the product more useful for the people that already find value in it. I plan to expand most things (workouts, stats, social) while still keeping it simple. The open roadmap and communication I have between my users has driven most of what I have today. I plan to keep that up.
Awesome work! Been doing more bodyweight outdoor workouts because of November Project and The Uncommon Movement over the past few years. I like one of the features on your roadmap to make this social. If you could organize free pop-up workouts on your platform, I'd totally do that to make new fitness friends! We currently do this with 1,000+ people on a Facebook group (NP Boston Social).

It would be nice to link to the workout or exercise. I have no idea what half of these are? How far is 100m?
Great concept. Upvoted + reccomending to Crossfit-fanatic friends. Any possibility you'll include an option for limited mobility folks (modified exercises) down the road? Thoughts based on appealing to a wider range of users.
