This app has everything I wanted! Here are some my favorite parts of the app:
- It’s free!
- You can fully customize every interval in a timer
- It has AI generated workouts to give you some variety if you are sick of your current workout routine
- The AI generated names for the workouts are usually hilarious
- Reorder the intervals
