I've given it a try and I can say it is overwhelming. The experience felt so contextualized and tailored to my own interests and character that I wasn't even feeling I was "training" my soft-skills.
Reviewing the soft skills wheel at the end was particularly insightful, allowing me to see where I was excelling and where I could improve.
