Most project management tools fail small teams the same way: they require so much setup that the team never gets to the part where it’s actually useful. Wipeboard is different. It’s a real-time collaborative project board designed for teams of 3–25 people — agencies, startups, and consultants — who need a tool their whole team will actually open every day. -Inline audit trail -Client View 5-minute setup — No templates to configure Enterprise-grade security at small-team pricing Free trial -

Hey Product Hunt 👋
Stuart here, founder of Wipeboard.
I built this because of a pattern I kept seeing: small teams adopt a project management tool with the best of intentions, spend a weekend configuring it, and then three weeks later nobody’s using it. The tool becomes a source of guilt instead of a source of clarity. I know this from personal experience. My partner setup a Notion board. It was nice until I started using it and trying to figure how the platform worked. I last 2 weeks and we abandoned the system. We tried others, but honestly we just needed a board, a task list and a reat time check-offs. We built it for us and a few other folks asked if they could use it and here we are on Product Hunt.
We built a real-time collaborative project board that’s ready in 5 minutes and built around one core idea: make completed work visible by default. Every time a teammate completes a task, it’s annotated on the board in their color, inline, in real time. No activity log to dig through. No “what did you get done this week?” conversations. The board tells you.
Today we’re launching the full platform — boards, audit trail, Client View for agencies, white-label, and webhooks — starting at $9/month.
I’d love to hear from you:

WipeBoard has been great for our team collaboration. The interface is simple, responsive, and makes it easy to organize tasks and share updates in real time. It really helps keep everyone aligned and productive.
What needs improvement
I think there's more to improve specially the Complete task Button being in bellow the whole task. I think it will be more accessible if it's above the page where it will be easy to see by the users.
vs Alternatives
It's a great tool for colaboration

Hi Rogie,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm a bit confused by what you mean the complete task button being below the whole task. Do you mean you need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see which projects have been completed? If that is the case, I can make that change right away. If its something different, if you can screenshot what you mean and email me at stuart@wipeboard.io I will see that it gets attention. Thank you again for taking the time to review the product.
