A website launch is a milestone. Looking after the domain, remembering the arrangements and handing it over clearly is ongoing work. WebKeeper is for that work.
WebKeeper keeps your client website portfolio and the team's recorded responsibilities together. Who controls the domain? Who handles renewal? Who should act next? Those answers stay with the site, where the next person can find them.
Record portfolio defaults and each client's exceptions, so everyday work and handovers start with the arrangements already in view. Domain, DNS and TLS facts, response history and dated screenshots provide supporting evidence alongside that shared context. The gallery screenshots use fictional demo data.
WebKeeper existed as a set of internal tools for years, waiting for me to have the development capacity to turn it into a web app. Astra helped speed up that work. Its insights also helped us refine features with details we hadn't thought of, so we could improve the product while bringing those internal tools to a wider audience.
