WaitlistTest helps founders validate ideas before they spend months building. Create a simple waitlist page in minutes, share it with your audience, and see whether people actually sign up. Instead of guessing demand, you get real validation signals — conversions, interest level, and feedback. It’s built for indie hackers, SaaS founders, and early-stage teams who want to test ideas quickly, avoid wasted development time, and double-down only on ideas that show traction.
Hey everyone 👋 I'm Abhishek, the maker of WaitlistTest.
I built this tool because of a painful, recurring mistake: I kept spending months building products first, and validating them later. When those projects launched to crickets, I learned the hard way that demand needs to be tested before the first line of code is written.
That’s exactly why I created WaitlistTest. It’s a precision pre-launch engine that lets you spin up a conversion-optimized waitlist in 120 seconds.
It comes fully loaded with everything you need to test demand: ⚡️ Lightweight Form Embeds that auto-resize to fit any site builder 📈 Live Conversion Arena to track real-time traffic and signup intent 🚀 Viral Referral Engine to turn your early adopters into a street team 📊 Notion & Google Sheets Sync to automatically manage your new leads
The goal is simple: help makers validate ideas instantly, compare raw traffic signals across multiple concepts, and decide whether to build, pivot, or drop—saving you hundreds of wasted dev hours.
Since we're launching today, I’d love the community's feedback to help shape the roadmap:
What specific validation metrics give you the most confidence to build?
Would post-signup surveys or custom form fields be useful for your workflow?
Do you usually validate one idea at a time, or test multiple hooks in parallel?
I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer your questions and hear your thoughts. Thanks so much for checking us out! 🙏

right now this looks like prompt wrapper over what chatgpt gives for validation angles in two minutes. to beat base model need automated ad distribution or real traffic benchmrks, you driving actual buyer signals or just generating copy

@konstantin_tikhaev Totally fair, and honestly it's a good question but i think you got this wrong
To be clear on what it actually it does though - it's not generating validation which ChatGPT wrapper gives you. It host real waitlist, coming soon page and collects real signups from real people who land on it. The "Signal" is emails from actual people who signups, Not AI generated output.
You're right about that distribution is the harder problem though, But that's still on the founder- you still have to bring traffic though ads, community post, cold DM or whatever. What waitlistTest does is give you fast and real way to directly ask from user does they actually wants this product, you give them a waitlist or coming soon page, they land on your page, and you get real analytics like which country, device, visits signup rate and then you decide it is worth for building or not.
Automated distribution / ad benchmarks is a genuinely interesting idea though, and not gonna pretend that I've solved it. Appreciate you pushing on it - that's the kind of feedback I'm here for today and thanks for it.

@abhishek811 Fair correction on the hosted page. But that puts you in the "builder" category now. And you are competing direclty with Carrd or Framer unless you solve the traffic piece

@konstantin_tikhaev Yep you're right and that's a part of being founder
@abhishek811 you plan integrate real traffic and ad spend to test actual "conversion" or scope staying strictly on text generaton
