I'd put customer names, project codenames, and acronyms in the personal dictionary.
@wayne66 Exactly. The personal dictionary helps you sound more professional and makes it easier to accurately recognize the words you use most often. I also add the terms I use regularly to my own dictionary. Hope you discover even more useful features along the way!
