@nic_bernstein congrats on the launch. When I first opened the app, I wasn't connected to any friends so it wasn't very useful until my buddy @liveink joined. I also wasn't prompted to record anything (from what I can remember) so I didn't have a great sense of what the app was like. I had little motivation to invite my friends to something I couldn't necessarily endorse.
It might be helpful to guide users through their first voice recording and follow-up with a prompt to invite friends or publish to Twitter/FB/etc. There might be an opportunity to create a "one player experience" that's compelling. #2cents 😀
@nic_bernstein congrats for the launch! I was thinking you could create the voice notes and send them to your friends by message, email,.. So like Ryan, and probably most of your new users, I could not really use it...
PS. what do you use to do the voice filters?

With regards to filters. We created a whole separate app that creates different voices through different filters Etc. We're working on that app to create other cool different effects for voices.
