@max_kamyshev @iamvarunnair Hey Max and Varun, this is not a bug. Chrome doesn't allow any screen recording plugin to open on two pages - "New tab" and Chrome Webstore. You will be able to trigger the plugin once you are on any other tab (website). We are working on making this experience better as we speak. @laxman_karthik I am not sure whether it is a bug or not. Download from chrome store > click on the plugin and nothing!! Tried reinstalling it again still nothing.

@rangarajan_nallappa @laxman_karthik @rs_raghavan There area few pointers that might help improve in more user experience to get more downloads and these suggestions are purely based on my experience signing in to downloading the tool. [Priority Fix] First, lets talk on todays launch page (PH): One click chrome store download is good idea however post downloading it should be redirecting to the website or should pop-up with signup option from chrome browser, I didnt see either. Second, I organically searched and landed to the website where i went through the product description but the key CTA was missing on the first page: Download option Still i Signed up and i couldn't find Download option for chrome browser. Instead i see one CTA on top "Download Vmaker", which brings a pop-up suggesting me to: "VMaker for Window, coming soon" (which i have to wait) & "VMaker for MacOS" (Doesnt support my windows desktop) But not Download CTA for Chrome browser, weird... And there is a huge drop-off you will identify if its not rectified soon.

@iamvarunnair Thank you so much for taking time to try out our application and also giving us these suggestions. Best part is we are on the same page. As we speak, our dev team is working on 4/5 suggestions you have made. The changes in the flow have been implemented and is currently with the QA team. We should expect to see them in live in not less than a few hours. The new flow will redirect you to the sign up page once you add plugin to your Chrome. Once you sign up, you will be taken through a tour which would give you options to either download our Mac app or add plugin as extension to Chrome. While these are being implemented, I am taking a suggestion from yours to add a "Download" CTA on the homepage. Thank you again for taking time out to try out Vmaker. :)

@benoit_chambon Appreciate your comment. Vmaker has an exclusive blur feature which helps the person recording a video hide out any sensitive information on the screen. Also, you have an option to record only one portion of the screen.
