In December of 2018, I signed up for their "special". I have been communicating with their staff from March to May, but couldn't get my tax filled, had to go get a real accountant. Had to pay $200 penalties out of pocket because of these losers. Thanks!

Awful experience. Hired the for two years and in both cases they have incurred in errors that resulted in penalties from the IRS Pros: Responsive to send a reply to the IRS after additional information requested. Cons: Slow response time. No customer service number. Their response to the IRS proved useless since they were trying to cover up mistakes they made in the first place, which proves they are not trustworthy in filing the tax returns accurately. STAY AWAY

@khaledealy We don't plan to work with companies at this time. We do work with contractors and freelancers though! (Like freelance graphic designers or 1099 contractors/uber drivers).
