Asked for a refund once I discovered the Cons above.
Pros:Pros don't matter when their service isn't helpful.
Cons:Chat support is unresponsive. And they don't allow customers to talk to their tax person until everything is complete and ready for review.
This company really has to step up its game. People trust the expertise and it seems like they don't have it yet. I called three times asking about a specific follow-up question to the onbboarding call I had and no one knew the answer because they don't have tax expertise... (isn't that what the company does)? What's more - they sold me on a specific service through the on-boarding call and never actually implemented it, which led to a loss on my part (.. and of course because I didn't have the expertise, I only knew about this when an actual accountant told me why the previous accountants didn't make a specific change).
Pros:Good UI, feels secure
Cons:Bad customer service and lack of expertise. CANNOT BE TRUSTED
I paid but can't get a real answer to any question or for them to file my taxes. What is this?!

Cons:they need more CPAs; the do nothing after being unable to file my taxes on time, they are asking me to fill out the extension the form.
They explicitly confirmed that they filed an extension for me when they didn't. Hire a tax professional that doesn't lie.

They never submitted my payment for my tax and now I will be charged about $3,000 in late payment fees because of that mistake. I had to go and call the IRS myself to manually submit my payment. Since then they are dismissing all my messages and will probably decline liability... Very disappointed. I wanted this startup to work and disrupt the industry and was early adopter but they did a very poor job that ended up costing me a lot of money... I should have continued with HR Block... Will never use again
Pros:Buggy but simple flow and document upload.
Cons:They never submitted my tax payment which incurred late payment fees.
