Cons:Errors in the app and bad customer service.
I paid to have my taxes done in October (they ran promo), uploaded all my documents in February. Taxes are due today and Visor has neither filed my taxes nor filed for an extension. They manufactured lies each week. They kept telling lies about the status of my taxes until Friday, April 12th and today (tax due date) they have not bothered to respond to my messages. Yeah, I got scammed big time! Thankfully, I filed for an extension myself today. I see a class action suit in their future

After having my tax documents for several months, they did not complete my return in time. They filed a Federal extension with 6 hours remaining on Tax Day. Then two days later I discovered they had not filed a State tax extension. Their response? "Sorry for the oversight"

Cons:They don't deliver the service, and customer service ghosts you. Avoid if you actually want your taxes filed on time.
Similar to other reviewers, Visor did not complete my filing on time and customer service cannot tell me when it will be done. I had to reach out to the reps multiple times to get any answers on the status of my filing. I would avoid using this service at all.

Cons:Never completed filing
They are extremely slow to respond - almost impossible to get a hold of. They did my taxes incorrectly twice, and I was stuck trying to make sense of it.
Pros:Absolutely none
Cons:They cannot be improved.
