love the focus on O-1A and NIW, two of the most paperwork-heavy paths out there. one thing that would really help: a credibility check or red flag detector that flags weak evidence before you submit, like missing reference letters or exhibits that don't quite match the criteria. that kind of pre-flight review could save people from RFEs and make the $249 feel like a steal.
