Pulling from Staff.am and LinkedIn in one search is genuinely useful, saves me from bouncing between tabs. Match scoring felt pretty accurate on the few roles I tried too.
Congrats on the launch, this sounds genuinely useful for the Armenian job market. One thing I'd love to see is salary transparency baked into the match score, or at least a flag showing which listings actually disclose a range. Knowing upfront whether a role matches my expectations on pay would save a lot of time before tailoring an application.
Finally a job platform that actually aggregates the Armenian boards in one spot instead of jumping between four tabs. The match scoring against my resume was surprisingly accurate for a free tool, worth a look.
A salary estimate or range for each role would be a huge add, since many Armenian postings hide it. Even a rough band based on title and seniority would make the match scores way more useful when deciding what to apply to.
Would love to see salary transparency baked into the match score, since that is often a dealbreaker and right now you have to dig into each posting manually. Adding a quick toggle to filter or weight listings by disclosed comp range would make the recommendations way more useful.
One thing that would really help is showing salary ranges upfront on each match, since a lot of jobs in Armenia leave that out and it wastes time applying blindly. Even an estimated range based on title and experience would be a solid add.
