I'm a solo dev who got tired of opening ten tabs of data per game and still not feeling any clearer. So I built something to fix that for myself. The idea's simple: take four signals — sharp money, line movement, rest/schedule, and injuries — and combine them into one 0–100 score per game. You can expand any game to see the four pieces behind it, so it's not a black box.
I built Verdikt because every sports analytics tool I tried felt like it was made for quants, not fans. I'd open one up wanting a simple answer — is there actually anything to this game? — and instead get buried in spreadsheets, twenty different metrics, and dashboards that assumed I already knew which numbers mattered. More often than not I'd close the tab more confused than when I opened it. I didn't want a PhD's worth of data; I wanted one honest read I could trust, with the option to dig deeper when I cared to. So I built the thing I wished existed: the four signals that actually move the needle, distilled into a single number per game — simple on the surface, fully transparent underneath.
