This appears to have significant potential for legacy UI cleanup. Is that a scenario you’ve already evaluated?
UXPin Merge
@nicholas_davidson2 Thanks, Nic! Yes, this is something we’ve looked at. You can upload a screenshot of an older interface or work directly with an existing layout in UXPin, and the step-by-step refinements work surprisingly well for that kind of update.
Any plans for team-level presets so prompts follow company conventions?
UXPin Merge
@teri_morgan Yes! It's on our radar. Shared prompts would be great for keeping teams aligned.
Is there a recommended workflow: start with template > prompt > refine > image reference, or vice versa?
UXPin Merge
@jolina_teniedo Good question! It really depends on the starting point.
Templates or prompts are great for getting an initial layout, and image reference works well when you already have something in mind. Most people refine throughout the process.
How opinionated is the prompt library? More “starter ideas” or more “best-practice guardrails”?
UXPin Merge
@ethel_aranjuez Mostly starter ideas. Helpful to kick things off, but not meant to push you into a specific style.
What is one of the key differences between Merge AI 1.0 and Merge AI 2.0?
How clean is the generated code when forcing a global library like MUI/shadcn/AntD etc? When I’ve tried to force a library with other tools like Lovable the code ends up being AI spaghetti.
