I'm Zahid, and I built Twin-Gig because freelancing turned out to be about 40% the actual work and 60% everything around it: replying to clients, writing proposals, following up on quotes nobody answered, and the email everyone dreads, "just following up on invoice #0014…"
Most AI tools fix this by giving you a template that sounds like a template. Clients notice.
Twin-Gig learns your voice first. Paste 2–3 emails you've sent (or connect Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP inbox) and in about 3 minutes it builds a voice card: your openers, your sign-offs, how direct you are, and the phrases you'd never use. Everything it writes afterwards sounds like you on a good day.
Then it handles the business side:
✍️ Review Queue. Every client email gets a draft reply. You approve in one click, with 5 seconds to undo. Or switch on Autopilot for specific clients, inside your working hours and with a grace period so it never races you.
📄 Proposals + e-signature. Written from your past wins and your real rates, in designer layouts. The client signs in the browser, and one click turns it into a 50% deposit invoice.
💸 Cash Autopilot. A polite reminder ladder in your voice that stops the moment the client pays. It handles partial payments, late fees if you want them, and predicts when each client will actually pay. Money goes to your own Stripe account; we never hold it.
🛡️ Scope Sentinel. It remembers what the client agreed to. When they ask for "one more thing" you get an alert and a priced change order, and when they push on price the Negotiation Coach gives you three ready replies: hold firm, trade, or walk away.
