Tryvoha is an independent, non-commercial visualization of air alerts and publicly reported Russian aerial threats across Ukraine. Explore the live map or replay the timeline to see what Ukrainians face every day.

Hi Product Hunt,
I live in Ukraine, where air alerts, drones and missiles have become part of everyday life.
News headlines usually show individual attacks, but they rarely communicate what a full day or night looks like across the entire country.
I built Tryvoha to make that scale visible.
Tryvoha is an independent, non-commercial visualization of air alerts and publicly reported Russian aerial threats across Ukraine. The live map shows current reported events, while the timeline allows visitors to replay previous hours and watch an ordinary day unfold.
Tryvoha is not an official warning or military tracking system. It is based on official alerts and open-source reports, so displayed locations, directions and trajectories may be approximate. People in Ukraine should always rely on official warning channels for safety information.
The project is free, requires no registration and does not accept donations or financial support.
For visitors who want to support Ukraine directly, the website links to established organizations, including UNITED24 and Come Back Alive. All donation links lead directly to their official websites, and Tryvoha never processes payments.
I would especially appreciate feedback on:
— whether the scale is understandable to someone outside Ukraine;
— whether the timeline is clear and easy to use;
— what additional context could make the visualization more meaningful.
Thank you for your attention and time!
Adding a sound or push notification option would be huge for people who want real time alerts without staring at the map. Could be optional and tied to specific oblasts so folks only get warned about threats in regions they care about.
@bayramblrn Thank you so much for this excellent feedback and for taking the time to check out Tryvoha!
You're actually very close to a feature we're considering as the next logical step. We already have internal voice announcements for detected threats, but the goal for users is to make them much more relevant.
Instead of notifying people about every reported threat, we'd like to let users place a location on the map (or simply choose an oblast) and receive audio or push notifications only for threats that could affect their area.
We believe this would create a much more useful and user-friendly experience without overwhelming people with constant notifications.
One of the goals of Tryvoha isn't just to show what's happening across Ukraine, but to help people focus on what matters most to them. You're also not the first person to suggest this idea, which gives us confidence that it's a feature worth building. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for supporting the project!
Spent a few minutes replaying last week's timeline and it was sobering to actually see how relentless the patterns are across different regions. The map is clean and easy to read.
@kellyparketl6a Thank you so much for taking the time to explore the timeline and for sharing your thoughts.
That was exactly one of the reasons we built the replay feature. Individual alerts can easily disappear in the flow of daily news, but replaying an entire day or week helps reveal just how relentless and widespread these attacks really are.
I'm also really glad to hear you found the map clean and easy to read. Making a large amount of information understandable without overwhelming people has been one of our biggest design goals.
Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to experience Tryvoha.
