By doing this, I wanted to help people get employed faster. Initially, I focused only on delivering course content. Over time, it became clear that students needed support on portfolio building, feedback from working professionals, job assistance, and interview preparation. So the transition from “teaching skills” to “building careers.” The process taught me that upskilling isn’t just about what you learn; it’s about who teaches you, how you practice, and the support you receive afterward.
