Hey! 👋 Super stoked to share Track Hands with you all! This little app has been a total game-changer for me. I used to be a chronic nail-biter, and nothing seemed to work—therapy, fancy nail treatments, you name it. I knew I had to come up with something that actually worked. The idea for Track Hands came from my own struggle. I wanted something simple yet effective, and that's how this app was born. It uses your computer's camera to keep an eye on your hands, and if you bring them too close to your mouth, it pops up a picture of you and locks your screen for a bit. It's a gentle reminder that really helped me break the habit. Been using it for a couple of months now, and my nails have never looked better. minimalist phone: reduce your screentime

This is so cool! I have never seen techy solution for this. I personally do not have such habits but know some people who have. Probably you found a a gap on the market! :)

This is unreal, it reminds me of the 'nail/finger polish' that some of my friends would have painted on their hands to reduce them biting their nails... Personally I don't have this issue, although I have to say that if I did, I can see it working well to reduce the likelihood of a nail-biting session occurring! Best of luck with your launch!!

Great idea. Not sure how much it was required; however, I have seen people with such habits. But I doubt that being on the cam, would make them feel comfortable or not. But yes, if you need a solution, its availble now. Great thing.
