I've spent the last year quietly building Track Record — not as a "founder-tech" SaaS, but as something closer to infrastructure: a social network where the only thing that exists is what can be verified. Almost every founder I know lives a startup the news never describes: - The day you took on debt you couldn't see a way to repay - The day you discovered the betrayal or the board-level fraud - The day you decided family came before the next round - The day you finally accepted the model didn't work These days actually shape a company. None of them get a headline. None survive on a résumé. They evaporate, and so does the credibility they would have built. Three constraints we won't compromise on: 1. You can't write your own bio. An AI (we call this OSINTO) assembles your profile from publicly observable facts. No "About me" field. "Make yourself look better than the facts" stops being a game. 2. Only people who were there can tell your story. Testimonials only come from collaborators who worked with you inside a project. 3. The records that can't be public stay private — by structure. Restricted projects let you log sensitive material visible only to current members. Departed members lose access at the moment they leave. What we don't have, also by design: no star ratings, no downvotes, no follower counts in giant font, no "wallet" metaphor — tokens are recognition only, locked in the ToS.
