It is a companion for children and a helper for parents, intended to respond to children’s desire to express themselves, satisfy their curiosity, and tell interesting stories, all in the guise of a friend when parents are busy. At the same time, to ensure that parents can control their children’s use of ToonTalk, we have introduced mechanisms such as chat history, parental controls, and limited usage time.
