How does ToneBird handle a contact who is both an investor and a customer? Curious whether the wording follows the current conversation or a fixed relationship label.

@qiwap Heyy QIQI, good question! ToneBird looks at the conversation and what it remembers about the person. So if someone’s both an investor and a customer, the idea is to match the reply to what you’re talking about at that moment.
Glad the final send stays with the user. I'd want help wording a difficult investor update, with a chance to check every sentence before it goes out.
The relationship memory is a really interesting part. Remembering how I normally talk to someone could make replies feel much less generic.
Been wanting something like this for Slack specifically, half my replies are just me stalling. Does it pick up tone from how the other person writes to you, or mostly from how you've replied to them before?
