Nice work on this @tyrone_blode . I’m curious how the tool decides which small steps to suggest first when someone feels overwhelmed.
@harkirat_singh3777 Great question! It uses a combination of deep research logic pulled from psychological research papers relating to ADHD and treatments to used support ADHD behaviour. Part my own learned behviour from my wife who has ADHD and sees treatment for it. But also allows the ML output to understand a task, the goal (based on how you feel vs time to accomplish) and produce base level steps (which can be modified or broken down further). It is all learning - and glad to know if this has helped at all.
