Tiny TinyTasks works by turning any overwhelming task into easy, bite-sized steps in seconds. Powered by AI, it uses trained ADHD behaviour & organisation logic to support those with ADHD to overcome fear and achieve all types of goals from planning a trip, to starting big goals like a business. The app combines short motivation mantras daily or when requested, plus a space for calm breathing to level dopamine and calm the mind. We believe that your brain deserves tools that work with you.

Nice work on this @tyrone_blode . I’m curious how the tool decides which small steps to suggest first when someone feels overwhelmed.
@harkirat_singh3777 Great question! It uses a combination of deep research logic pulled from psychological research papers relating to ADHD and treatments to used support ADHD behaviour. Part my own learned behviour from my wife who has ADHD and sees treatment for it. But also allows the ML output to understand a task, the goal (based on how you feel vs time to accomplish) and produce base level steps (which can be modified or broken down further). It is all learning - and glad to know if this has helped at all.
I’m the wife he made this for - I’ve used it for a few months during testing and I’m a harsh critic. It’s a great concept and I can use a planner that works with me and doesn’t allow me to do everything.
Awesome idea, this is the most caring, ADHD-aware tool I’ve seen, built from real love and real understanding.
Great idea! I like the breakdown of all types of tasks - I will try at work too.
I love that you’re using insights from ADHD rather than just generic productivity hacks. It really makes a difference in how usable it is.
@brent_kom3344 that's awesome! Thanks so much for the comment, and it really is a tool designed not as an app to be created for app sake - but to help those who struggle with organisation, get flustered and overwhelmed in work or life settings. Hopefully this can make a difference.
I appreciate how accessible this feels. Even those without ADHD can benefit from a gentler, simpler way to tackle tasks.
@salma_ghana 100%! I built this for my wife but I feel like I use it daily now myself :)
