Tidycal worked fine for around 1,5 years now. Step by step I integrated the tool to my website, the newsletters, my email signature, etc. Until one month ago it stopped working. It just did not syncronized the meetings with my main calendar (Office365). I then contacted the AppSumo support (Garry), which recommended to delete and reset the connection between Tidycal and Office365. I did it and since then it is not possible to connect Microsoft365 again to AppSumo. Garry answers only when I write but the support team is not doing anything to resolve the problem although according to Microsoft the problem is definitely a Tidycal bug (Microsoft even offered to make a Call with the Tidycal developer in order to show that it works all fine at Microsoft, but Garry never answered to this offer). To be honest: it’s a shame to sell this product and then not resolving the problem. My learnings: better buy at the beginning the more expensive tool (Calendly) which then works fine. Now I need to change in up at multiple locations from Tidycal to Calendly which is enormous work! Really disappointed with Tidycal and especially the poor support!
