We've been using this tool to gather community feedback for years now. This is a solid tool that does the job. Unfortunately, it just isn't developed anymore.
I've been using this tool for a couple of months already, and it works like a charm. It makes scheduling video calls easy. Especially when time zones are in play. It used to take me a couple of emails to figure out what does 3pm mean exactly. And now it's much easier.
I use this tool to monitor changes on our product website made by all our editors. Once a day in the morning I receive alerts with all the changes and I go through and see if all the new changes are correct and in line with our strategy. This tool does a great job here.
I had some problems with false positive alerts in the beginning, but they've fixed it quickly, and now it works like a charm.
