The interesting part is Teyra, the built-in AI agent: it doesn't just chat — it answers from your knowledge base and store catalog, checks order status, applies discounts or cancels an order (autonomously or with operator confirmation, your choice per action), and hands off to a human with a summary when it's out of its depth. Everything it does lands in an action log. The handoff to a human with a full audit trail is exactly what I was missing from other tools. Liked that Teyra actually pulls order info from Shopify instead of just guessing.
