Most support tools treat AI as an add-on. TicketON is built around it: Teyra, the in-house AI agent, answers customers from your knowledge base, checks Shopify orders, applies discounts and hands off to a human when needed — with a full audit trail. One inbox for website live chat, Telegram, email and Shopify. Operators get an AI copilot, canned replies, triggers with A/B tests, CSAT and revenue analytics. Starts free — no card, no code. iOS app included.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Daniel, solo founder of TicketON.
I built it after watching small stores juggle three tools: a live chat widget, a Telegram account for customers who prefer messengers, and email — with history scattered everywhere and half the questions being "where is my order?"
TicketON puts all of that in one inbox. The interesting part is Teyra, the built-in AI agent: it doesn't just chat — it answers from your knowledge base and store catalog, checks order status, applies discounts or cancels an order (autonomously or with operator confirmation, your choice per action), and hands off to a human with a summary when it's out of its depth. Everything it does lands in an action log.
Also in the box: an operator copilot (drafts, rewrites, translations), proactive triggers with A/B tests, CSAT, revenue analytics, and an iOS app. Works standalone or as a Shopify app.
It's early days — so I'll be here all day answering questions, and if you install it, I'll personally help you set everything up, including training the AI on your site.
Would love your honest feedback — especially on what's missing. 🙏

What stops a determined customer from sweet-talking Teyra into a discount you never meant to offer? First thing I thought of seeing an agent with discount powers.

@vollos She follows only the rules set by the store owner—and nothing more. Her only rule is to follow the store owner's rules.

@fantep Are the discount rules enforced somewhere Teyra can't argue with, like a hard cap in code, or does she reason from the rule text at runtime? I've seen models follow instructions perfectly right up until a request arrives phrased in a way the instructions never anticipated.

@vollos Yes, there are strict restrictions, which is exactly why she's doing everything right

@fantep Fair enough. Congrats again on the launch, Daniel. The thing I keep an eye out for with agents that have discount powers is whether the ceiling lives in a hard variable the code checks, or only in the rules the agent's told to follow, since the second kind occasionally gets talked past by a request nobody wrote a rule for. Hope the rest of the week goes well for you.

The handoff to a human with a full audit trail is exactly what I was missing from other tools. Liked that Teyra actually pulls order info from Shopify instead of just guessing.

@emirdemirbwv23 I tried to give the store more autonomy, since it already has other things to worry about
