Review The Juggernaut?
The Juggernaut offers a unique perspective on South Asian news, praised for its in-depth reporting and talented writers. Users appreciate the evolving tech and cross-platform experience, with features like bookmarking and personalized feeds enhancing usability. However, many express frustration with the subscription model, citing issues with unexpected charges and poor customer service. The cancellation process is often described as opaque, leading to dissatisfaction. While the content is well-received, potential subscribers are advised to be cautious with payment details.

The Juggernaut is a cool way to see the latest South Asian news and read a unique perspective across a number of sections. Cool to see and be able to contribute to their product and tech evolving across a cross platform experience
SUBSCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Excellent mag and content is great. Unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience. Don't trust the 'trial period.' Took the full trial week to resolve a tech/payment error on their end and then auto charged me anyway with no effort/refusal to refund. I hate leaving negative feedback, but I don't trust this organization. I hope this helps someone else in the future. I would be very wary of sharing payment details with The Juggernaut.

The Juggernaut has slowly become the trusted source of information for my news on the diaspora. The new improvements on the mobile app especially the bookmarking feature and my feed preferences are my most utilized. Also a huge fan of their in person events in New York City. To evermore growth Juggernaut!

Avoid! They make you sign for yearly subscription when you get a free trial. They don't send you an email about free trail period and if you forget or there's a technical issue on their end that doesn't register the cancellation you made, you can expect to never see your money back. They have predatory pricing and policies. They don't let you downgrade to a monthly subscription. They don't offer refunds of any kind. Customer support is incompetent and often don't respond.
I would highly advise against subscribing or providing any payment information to this company. Please read reviews from other customers and avoid them like the plague.

It's a scam!!! I got charged for their annual subscription despite cancelling my free trial. I reached out to customer support within 2 mins of getting charged and was told that "as a small business not yet profitable, we cannot provide you a refund".
Please do not subscribe. Find alternatives. I can recommend Brown History newsletters - it's high quality writing about South Asian history and they are not out there to scam you.

The Juggernaut is quite clear about its pricing plans on its website; one needs only to read what the plans are before subscribing. In return for its monthly and yearly plans it provides a steady stream of well-produced content.
Cancellation process is opaque and frequently results in unexpected charges. As a result, long-term user satisfaction is negatively impacted. "Gotcha billing" is not a great revenue strategy.
