TermTrax reviews a software vendor's terms for in-house counsel. Paste the vendor's URL: it finds every binding document, including those incorporated by reference, and scopes the set to how your organization will use the product. Each document is then reviewed against your own playbook. Only real issues are flagged, and every finding cites the exact clause with the source one click away, so checking takes seconds. No setup: start with the included playbooks or load your own. Free trial.

Hi everyone, I'm Tzuri, founder of TermTrax.
TermTrax came out of watching an in-house legal team drown in software requests. Every vendor comes with a terms of service, a privacy policy, a DPA and a few documents hiding behind "incorporated by reference" links, and someone has to read all of it before signing.
So TermTrax starts from the vendor's URL. It finds the full set of binding documents, narrows them to the ones that apply to how you will use the product, and reviews each one against your own playbook. Only real issues are flagged, and every finding cites the exact clause with the source one click away, so checking the AI's work takes seconds. The lawyer's decision always stays with the lawyer.
There is no setup. Use the included starter playbooks or load your own, paste a URL, and the first review is done in minutes. There is a free trial with no card required.
I'm not a lawyer, so the product has been shaped by the in-house counsel who use it. If you review vendor terms for a living, I would genuinely like to hear what you would want it to do differently.
