Hi PH. I'm building a new product "Telepath", a job board focusing specifically on remote/hybrid jobs from remote-friendly companies in Thailand.
Thailand is one of the most popular remote working destinations in the world. But there is no good place to discover local remote companies or talents.
For remote talents, it's difficult to find remote companies. Traditional job boards have some remote jobs but don't provide an easy way to discover them.
On the other hand, remote companies are also struggling to find remote talent as posting on traditional job boards will bring in non-remote talent who are not ready to fit into remote culture.
That's why I built this product to solve my own pain point when I ran my previous company, to connect remote workers with remote-friendly companies in Thailand.

Will the jobs be available only for the folks in Thailand or is it worldwide?
@sebinpaul96 Job postings are from local companies in Thailand. Most of them still require you to be in Thailand or similar time zones. You may need to check on each job description's requirements.

I think it would be great to connect Thai workers with global companies, as my company is currently working with Vietnamese and Filipino workers and it's working really well!
@henryseo As it's pretty new, I don't want to position it against the global job board yet. The focus will be local companies at this point, then expand to SEA region, and then global. We will get there eventually 🫡
