TeamOnTrack | Smart Dev Nudges

Smart Slack nudges when PRs stall or work goes stuck.

Dashboards become shelfware. TeamOnTrack sends targeted Slack nudges to the right person when PRs sit too long, work goes stale, or WIP piles up... so you stop wasting 5+ hours/week chasing your team. What's different: • Nudges over dashboards nobody checks • Zero setup with Jira & GitHub • AI auto-categorizes work (estimates, impact, domain) • Detects bottlenecks and suggests who can help LinearB shows problems. Swarmia tracks agreements. We ensure they actually happen.

What do you think? …

Dionis Lebedev

I've led dev teams from 5 to 20 engineers and kept hitting the same wall: PRs sitting for days, Jira statuses going stale, WIP piling up... and nobody notices until standup.

Every tool I tried gave me dashboards. Problem is, dashboards become shelfware. My team wasn't going to check another dashboard. I was still the one chasing people.

So I built what I actually needed: something that watches for stuck work and sends a nudge to the right person via Slack. No nagging from me. No extra meetings. Just quiet, consistent follow-through.

The goal isn't surveillance. It's removing friction so engineers can ship without me micromanaging. Would love your feedback on what resonates (or doesn't)

Congrats on the launch! 👏

Love the “nudges over dashboards” approach — PRs and WIP stalling is where teams quietly lose hours.

Quick question: can we tune thresholds + quiet hours per team, so it nudges without feeling like surveillance?

@hijacey Yes! Thresholds are configurable per team (e.g., PR open > 24h vs 48h). And nudges go as private DMs, not public call-outs - so no one gets shamed in a channel. There’s also a team digest, but that’s high-level, not individual finger-pointing. I’ve found that when teams set their own rules, nudges feel more like “hey, you probably forgot about this” than surveillance.
