I started as an engineer almost two decades ago, moved into management 10 years ago, 2x CTO. Scaled teams from 5 to 20. Every role taught me something new about building teams that actually deliver. Systems thinker. Allergic to process theater. Originally from Ukraine, grew up in Germany, spent time in the US...
