What's great
Tamoom excels at reducing daily mental friction. Most planning tools are either too simple to be useful or so complex they require a dedicated setup period. Tamoom finds the sweet spot with a clean, minimalist UI that lets me map out future roadmaps while staying focused on immediate daily tasks. It’s clean in both its logic and its execution.
What needs improvement
Integrations: Adding seamless calendar sync Google would be a logical step for power users.
Mobile Experience: Further refining the mobile responsiveness to match the desktop’s clean feel.
Offline Mode: Reliable offline access is critical for a tool meant to manage daily routines.
vs Alternatives
I’ve cycled through industry standards like Notion, Todoist, and Trello. While they are powerful, they often suffer from feature creep and unnecessary bloat. I chose Tamoom because it feels opinionated it’s built for focus rather than endless customization. The transition from daily to-dos to long-term planning is more fluid here than in more fragmented alternatives.

I tried a lot of todo apps before but most of them either feel too basic or too complicated. Tamoom feels clean and easy to use from the first minutes. I especially liked the Today / Tomorrow organization and how fast everything feels.
What needs improvement
Would love to see device sync in the future so tasks stay updated across multiple devices. Home screen widgets would also be really useful for quickly checking tasks without opening the app. Offline support and small mobile UI improvements could make it even better too.
vs Alternatives
I was using Todoist and Notion mostly. Also tried TickTick for some time. They are good apps but after a while I felt there are too many features and settings for simple daily planning.

Absolutely loved the app! I'm so difficult to please when it come to To-Do lists and planners but this app is made by someone even more organized than myself. Every feature I discover just makes me happier. It's just perfect. I just wish I could see all my tasks at once somewhere... maybe I just haven't discovered that feature yet?

Honestly one of the few todo apps that didn’t overwhelm me after 5 minutes 😄 Super clean UI, smooth animations, and everything feels very organized without trying too hard. Also love that it works offline and has no ads.
