Tamoom is a calm, capable todo app for Android — built for people who want lists that actually keep up. Organize work in projects and sections, jump around with Quick Find, and stay on track with Today / Tonight / Tomorrow / Upcoming / Later plus a Logbook for what you’ve cleared. Everything lives on your phone (SQLite), with backups, themes & layout you can tune, and in-app updates so you’re never stuck on an old build. No account wall — just open it and get moving.
Tamoom excels at reducing daily mental friction. Most planning tools are either too simple to be useful or so complex they require a dedicated setup period. Tamoom finds the sweet spot with a clean, minimalist UI that lets me map out future roadmaps while staying focused on immediate daily tasks. It’s clean in both its logic and its execution.
What needs improvement
Integrations: Adding seamless calendar sync Google would be a logical step for power users.
Mobile Experience: Further refining the mobile responsiveness to match the desktop’s clean feel.
Offline Mode: Reliable offline access is critical for a tool meant to manage daily routines.
vs Alternatives
I’ve cycled through industry standards like Notion, Todoist, and Trello. While they are powerful, they often suffer from feature creep and unnecessary bloat. I chose Tamoom because it feels opinionated it’s built for focus rather than endless customization. The transition from daily to-dos to long-term planning is more fluid here than in more fragmented alternatives.
I tried a lot of todo apps before but most of them either feel too basic or too complicated. Tamoom feels clean and easy to use from the first minutes. I especially liked the Today / Tomorrow organization and how fast everything feels.
What needs improvement
Would love to see device sync in the future so tasks stay updated across multiple devices. Home screen widgets would also be really useful for quickly checking tasks without opening the app. Offline support and small mobile UI improvements could make it even better too.
vs Alternatives
I was using Todoist and Notion mostly. Also tried TickTick for some time. They are good apps but after a while I felt there are too many features and settings for simple daily planning.

Really appreciate this review Meelad 😄 I’m especially happy you mentioned the “too basic vs too complicated” problem because that’s exactly the frustration that pushed me to build Tamoom in the first place.
And yeah, widgets + device sync are definitely things I want to add as the app grows. Thanks again for taking the time to write such detailed feedback 🙏
genuinely love this app. It’s minimal, clean, and actually helps me organize my day without feeling distracting or overwhelming
vs Alternatives
You can customize different color themes, and I use it for everything work, personal tasks, trips, budgeting, and even shopping lists.

Thank you so much 🙏 Really happy to hear Tamoom is fitting into so many parts of your daily life 😄
One of my biggest goals was to keep the app minimal and calm without losing flexibility, so your feedback means a lot. Also glad you’re enjoying the themes and customization ✨
