Late payments were quietly killing my cash flow. I was spending hours every week writing the same awkward "just checking in on that invoice 😅" emails, for money I'd already earned. Validating before building, honest feedback wanted on Tallylark

Hey PH community, I'm building Tallylark (automated invoice reminders for freelancers, $9/mo) and following a validation-first approach before writing a line of product code.

The problem: freelancers lose 102 hours/year chasing late invoices. Every existing tool (InvoiceSherpa, Chaser) costs $49/mo+ and is built for finance teams, not solo operators sending 10-15 invoices a month.
