Tabzy is an all-in-one restaurant operating system built for German gastronomy: a high-speed POS, a Kitchen Display System (KDS), and QR-code bill splitting that lets guests split and pay their bill in under 30 seconds - no app download required. It's fully TSE-compliant (Germany's fiscal cash register law) and includes AI-driven inventory restock so kitchens don't run out mid-service. Built by a two-person founding team in Heilbronn, Germany.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We're Yahya and Đorđe, the founders of Tabzy.
We built Tabzy after watching how much friction still exists at the end of a restaurant meal in Germany — splitting a bill among a table usually means someone doing mental math, a server running back and forth with a card reader, or an app nobody wants to download for a five-minute interaction.
Tabzy replaces that with a QR code on the table: guests scan, see the bill, split it however they want, and pay - done in under 30 seconds, no app required. Behind that is a full POS and Kitchen Display System, and we added AI-driven inventory restock so kitchens get ahead of running out mid-service instead of finding out the hard way.
Getting TSE compliance right (Germany's fiscal cash register law) took longer than we expected, but it means restaurants here can actually run on Tabzy day one without a compliance headache.
We're a two-person team based in Heilbronn, and this is genuinely how we've wanted restaurant checkout to work for a while now. Would love to hear what you think, and happy to answer anything about how it works under the hood.
