👋 Hello Everyone, I'm Rutik, maker of 🌊 Tabwave. I always wanted to build an 📦 MVP and experience the whole process of turning ideas into products. So here I am. We often try to achieve more in less time. I used to think, the more I work, the more productive I become. But I was wrong. There is a big difference between being busy and being productive. I am always looking for ways to be more productive. I read multiple books, used different tools and techniques. But deep down I felt I just need a simple, minimal productivity tool and the idea of Tabwave was born. The idea was quite simple. All I wanted was a bunch of productivity tools like a Pomodoro clock, a to-do list, sticky notes altogether. Nothing fancy and complicated. I wanted to have all these tools somewhere I can see all day. And I thought what's better than a browser's new tab. And I built the productivity app I wish I had. @rutikwankhade Seems really cool.Is it possible to add already opened tabs as a task in a list or use the task title as a shortcut to a tab ?

Terrific job! Except for the boredom function I am your perfect target market (what is this "boredom" you speak of). I also actually love that it's just a tab in the browser as I hate needing to download new apps. I wonder what the mobile function looks like though? As I like to be able to upload to-do's and sticky notes while on the go. Seems like the design is very well thought-out.

@shesmaddie Hey, 👍 thanks for sharing your feedback. About boredom function, I added that with a thought that productivity is not just about doing more work and stuff. We all get bored, tired or maybe feel burnout. The idea was to suggest some random but fun activities to feel less stressful. The extension is responsive on all devices. But will work best on your laptop/desktop. Thanks again. Cheers!

@rutikwankhade that's really interesting thinking. Seems like you're already in market so it will be interesting to see what users think about it because I think it definitely has a place (now that you say it like that). I would suggest from my understanding of the science, doing something active or even breathing activities might be a good 'break' idea in terms of promoting productivity. You've probably already incorporated that! :)

Two questions - 1. The tasks / notes - do those sync across devices? For example, if I add a task on PC1's chrome, will it show up in PC2's chrome? Can it do it using Chrome's native sync, without needing to creating an account in Tabwave? 2. Can you please add a bookmark search feature. I have 100+ bookmarks across tens of folders. Typing a name in omnibar doesn't always work.

@vicky_buddie Hey Thank you for your feedback. 👍 As there is no login/signup option for Tabwave ,all the data will be stored in your browser's localStorage. If there is some way to sync that in all devices, I will work on it. In future, I have plans to make it a full stack application where you can manage and list your bookmarks with different categories. Thanks again Cheers !🙌
