I created Synto because I was tired of fitness apps that push too hard, notify too often, and make workouts feel like pressure. Synto takes a quieter path — it's a minimalist widget that syncs with Apple Health and shows your goals right on your Home Screen. No noise. No manual input. Just a rhythm that fits into your day.
What makes it unique? It tracks your activity automatically, avoids overwhelming you with badges or alerts, and reminds you that fitness can be simple, quiet, and intuitive.
I’m proud of how calm it feels. And of the philosophy behind it:
Synto isn’t here to impose who you should be. It simply helps you stay in sync with who you already are.
Would love your thoughts and feedback. Thanks for being here 💛

A minimalist, silent approach to tracking fitness goals directly through a widget is a refreshing alternative to more intrusive apps.
Living through a war in Ukraine made me think a lot about silence — not just around me, but also in how we use technology. Synto came from a wish to have something quiet, simple, and personal.

I usually avoid fitness apps because they feel overwhelming or try to "optimize me" constantly. This one just kind of… sits there, reminding me of what I promised myself to do. I’m curious though — how do you handle motivation? Like, isn’t it too passive for people who need a push?

@ivan_yakimenko Thank you — that’s exactly the space Synto tries to hold. Not to optimize you, chase streaks, or shout reminders, but to stay quietly present — a gentle reflection of what you chose.
As for motivation — I believe the most lasting kind comes from within. Synto is not about pushing harder — it’s about not forgetting what matters to you.
