Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm David, and I built Syndic+ because I watched my own condo board drown in spreadsheets. If you live in a condo, there's a board of volunteers somewhere keeping the building running — collecting fees, scheduling maintenance, organizing the AGM, tracking insurance, staying compliant with provincial law. In Québec alone, ~1.5M people live in condos, and most of those buildings are run by neighbors with full-time jobs and zero specialized tools. What they actually use today: a shared Excel for the budget, a Gmail thread for decisions, Dropbox for documents, paper for minutes, and panic when Bill 16 / Bill 25 deadlines hit.
